Ben has over 13 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on helping B2B companies achieve their objectives. As Agency Director, Ben focuses on servant leadership and helping our team be strategic, creative, efficient and profitable - while having as much fun as possible.

Brad is a PPC Specialist with an emphasis on our roster of eCommerce clients. He began his marketing career focusing on auto parts eCommerce. By leveraging that experience, he is able to excel in Adwords, Shopping and Paid Social across all channels. When he’s not increasing ROIs and hitting KPIs, he enjoys drinking beers in scenic places around town and around the globe.

She loves any chance to get outside and travel, and her current goal is to visit all 7 continents before she turns 30.

James is compassionate, intuitive and fiercely loyal. He believes customers hold the secret to exponential growth.

He believes in acting out of love instead of fear, connected leadership and open book management.

Before Room 214, he spent five years running marketing and partnerships for eCommerce businesses. He has an MBA from Georgetown University, loves riding bikes, backcountry skiing and gets fired up about baking bread.

Kate has extensive experience in professional photography, content creation, online marketing and storytelling. She supports Room 214 and its clients through helping brands tell their visual stories and creating engaging content. She loves camping and hiking with her dogs, when she's not honing her killer dance moves.

Libby was a digital marketer for 8 years for some of her favorite companies (Smashburger, Good Times and Wholesome Sweeteners) before making the big switch to operations. Her passion for fast-paced multi-tasking has led her to enjoy learning how to run a business. She strongly believes in our value of 'Acting out of Love and not Fear,' though she does like to strike fear into the hearts of those who use the company credit card.

Pete is a seasoned digital marketer with more than 10 years experience across owned, earned and paid channels. He has worked with global brands including Nike, adidas, Vail Resorts, Forever 21, Under Armour, LucasArts, Pixar, Marvel and more. His favorite thing to do when not working is to play soccer, injure himself, play video games and participate in cult-like activities like Crossfit.
