On paper, we’re a team of people who come together each day in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado to tackle business challenges. Get to know us a bit better and you’ll quickly realize we’re a bunch of strategic schemers, creative hackers, data trackers and culture makers. What we share in common? Angela has a lot of sales, marketing, and event experience with a deep background in the arts. She's a digital marketing coordinator and works actively with the SEO team. Her passions include painting and creating, music, fitness, her doggies, and being the master of team snacks!

Ben is an optimist who brings high energy and a calming force to the agency. That is why we call him 'The Captain.' Ben is motivated to serve others, which is invaluable in his role as Agency Director. His ability to get shit done, constantly learn new things and create systems and structures for the agency is inspiring to everyone around him.

Brad is a PPC Specialist with an emphasis on our roster of eCommerce clients. He began his marketing career focusing on auto parts eCommerce. By leveraging that experience, he is able to excel in Adwords, Shopping and Paid Social across all channels. When he’s not increasing ROIs and hitting KPIs, he enjoys drinking beers in scenic places around town and around the globe.

Caitlin's expertise is in marketing and branding for natural food and wellness companies. She’s passionate about both the creative and analytical aspects of digital marketing. In addition to working with our food and organics industry clients, she also runs a blog and develops healthy recipes. When she’s not at work or in the kitchen, she’s rock climbing, biking or practicing yoga.

Cannon is a graduate of the University of Colorado, where he studied Journalism and Creative Writing. Prior to joining Room 214, he was a sportswriter and baseball coach. In his spare time, Cannon loves writing, fitness and sports. He also has a husky named Ruby that loves to run away every chance she gets.

As co-founding Partner of Room 214, Jason is dedicated to helping people and companies grow and innovate. He believes in acting out of love instead of fear, connected leadership and open book management.

Before Room 214, he spent five years running marketing and partnerships for eCommerce businesses. Her passion for fast-paced multi-tasking has led her to enjoy learning how to run a business. She strongly believes in our value of 'Acting out of Love and not Fear,' though she does like to strike fear into the heart of those who use the company credit card.
