Boulder, Colo. (Nov. 2017)  – Ad Age Magazine named Room 214 to its Top 50 Best Places to Work in America. Criteria for the contest included workplace culture for everything ranging from giving back to a dog-friendly office, benefits such as profit sharing and encouraging a work-life balance.

Room 214 was ranked No. 21, and was one of three Colorado-based companies to make the Ad Age list, including No. 1-ranked Choozle of Denver and No. 28-ranked Sterling-Rice Group of Boulder. The list included agencies of all sizes, from all over the country.

“At Room 214 we have always believed in people over process,” says James Clark co-founder, Room 214. “This recognition goes to every employee, past and present, who was willing bend, break and blend our values of love, humility and doing our best as an agency to get where we are today and setting the path forward into the future.”

The honor comes on the heels of Outside Magazine naming Room 214 one of the Top 10 best places to work in America.
